At Mariposa we believe that the athlete should be supported in a well rounded program, with Pre and Post Sports Massage, nutrition and recovery  as part of their training program. We are passionate about teaching this to all our athletes, from our youngest athlete of 10 to our oldest of 86. You put in hours training, now reward your body back. Sports/Injury Specific Massage:  Designed for highly active people who engage in athletics or any type of repetitive activity, although you need not be a professional athlete to benefit from this type of bodywork. It’s benefits include performance enhancement, pain and swelling reduction in the body, relaxing the mind, increasing flexibility, and improving recovery rates.
30 minutes, $40     60 minutes, $80
Special: Athletes 18 & under, (4) 30 minute sessions $100

We have been using Rocktape for two years now with unbelievable success. Check out their website, and come in and get taped for yourself. We also sell Rocktape rolls for $20, and Rocksauce for $15.
